WotLK Removed Mounts After Faction Change

Hi there, I wanted to say that afew of my mounts had been removed when i used Faction change.. since i'm a mount collector its kind of important for me to have all of them i sent a ticket to the GM's afew times and they said that there's nothing that they can do about it... just saying if you provide a service which costs 30 points it should work faultless, afew of my mounts which have been removed are "Black war bear" (Which i got on alliance side and when i came back to alliance it got removed and can't retake it because i already have achivement), "Wooly Mammoth" (Which costs 200 eot,and already have the achivement again) . i spent 30 points for changing my faction and got into a trouble like this. Fix it please so other people don't get into this atleast...

I thought there was a warning befor you activate this service stating some stuff may be lost. So any collector should recon with losses or skip it.
