    buying items with points and no receaving them

    i bought pandora's plea for 14 points and i didnt receave it on my character i checked all my characters and servers and it wasnt in the mailbox. what should i do?

    open a ticket in-game.
    There is no refund for point shop but since you have not received anything maybe they can help you

    I've had point items arrive almost instantly on Neltharion but they could take up to 10 mins on Icecrown to arrive... are you sure it wasn't simply late?
