Here's my version of PAB - Party Ability Bars.
It's based on a cata port of Kollektiv's PAB done by... someone (was unable to find it). I added a few cooldowns, fixed a few timers, and mostly added party trinket/wotf support.

Description of PAB: Adds friendly cooldown bars, to track your teammates' CDs.

There are still a few bugs (with DK CDs, i.e.). Still not sure where that's coming from - probably spell IDs.
