Pandaria error 134

one day I logged in and I was getting a bunch of wow errors and couldn`t play.. I thought what about reinstalling since I was using the Minimal client anyway??..... I can`t even start loading the wow exe cause I`m getting the freakin wow error 134 could you please help me out?

Please, post the error details. There are many #134 errors.
