Assassination VS Combat rogue PVE DPS?

As the title says I'm playing a rogue. What is the best spec for end game DPS?

Combat rogue. 12-14k single target versus a struggling 9-10k as assa spec. + Combat rogue provides better buffs, burst damage and utility to the raid.

Depends on your gear, encounter and raid composition.

Combat rogues was one of the best dps classes (next to fury warriors) during retail wotlk.
You need alot of practise to master it though and dont be mad because your DPS is **** until you get 100% arp cap and close to bis gear, rogues are VERY gear dependent for their damage.
