wotlk gearing up at 80 help?

Hi I just hit 80 yesterday, I want to gear up to run the level 80 ICC/heroic instances, but the dungeon finder won't let me in. Gear too low it says.

My addon says I am average iLevel 190. How much more do I need to go?

I spent all day grinding rep and I have most of the recommended tanking pieces for warrior. Any other ideas to raise my item level?

You need to be near the soft cap of defense rating for tanking heroics, so make sure you get 135 defense (665 def rating). Run FoS/PoS normals where you get cool items and also emblems, and if you're patient enough run ToC 5 normal and HC. Also you should go into Coren Direbrew queues for trinkets, which are pretty good ones for tanking.
