Technical Lag issues

So we have two computers on the same router playing at the same time but one has really high ping(200-9000) and the other goes around 40-70. Could anyone shed some light on the situation and maybe some help? no torrent or anything of the sorts running while wow is active on the high ping computer.

Edit: problem solved, network card is the issue, works well with wifi dongle
