Hello staff and members. I'm looking for anyone who could answer the following questions:

Question one: I know this is a current issue but, is it possible or will it be possible to increase the amount of players on the server Icecrown since the qeueuing time is extremely frustrating. I would be happy to donate but for some, money is very tight. Is there any way that the Icecrown server will be larger when it comes to holding a bigger amount of players in the future?

Question two: Before the website switched to warmane I had an account which is the one I'm currently on, however the characters are all gone. Is there a way to recover these characters or did they all vanish when it became Warmane?

Normally, if you want to contact a staff member, you should send us a private message. We may miss a thread that you make, or only see it late. So sending us a private message will get our attention right away. I usually recommend messaging a moderator (including myself) or Proterean.

As for the population cap on Icecrown, it's not feasible for us to increase it at this time. We don't have the server-side stability to support a larger cap without causing undesirable lag on the realm.

For your second question, we did some reimbursements over a year ago, but that was for a short time. Everyone lost their characters and they cannot be recovered. You'll have to start from scratch or buy a character that someone is selling on the website marketplace.
