Cataclysm account stuck

since the day warmane stopped the permission to let us make char on warsong,
i tried to check on my accounts if i got chars there, but then i get stuck
cause i get 0 chars there, and it leads me to create character page if i dont hv one
when i press esc, it disconnected me
that means i cant get back to nelth, what can i do with that?
