I just re-downloaded the game and tried to login with my existing account but the client keep saying disconnecting before i can select realm or a hero. Please tell me what i should do to fix it.

I figured out what was wrong. If you have a NAT address, it is likely that the IP was banned one cheater who uses the same IP as you. At least I have this problem.

Hey Deodre4kd can u ask ppl in global what we can do... lot em ppl has this problem... so... we are all connected to internet and we can play all other games except wow... when we try to log in we cant... last thing we see is Success and after that we have to choose realm but when do that we have to repeat same thing again....
