[MoP][5.4.8]Cooking Guide Explanation NEEDED!![Please][ASAP][Bugged]

Will someone please explain what one is supposed to do in order to level their cooking skill on Warmane MoP to 600/600? I am currently stuck on 532. Apparently, one must raise their rep with the Tillers faction to gain access to necessary recipes that will grant skill-ups to achieve 600/600 cooking skill.

Unfortunately, the farming quests are bugged, and beyond those, what other options are available to raise one's rep with the Tillers faction?

don't worry, there are just enough other quests to get to Exalted, pick them all and you will make it!
