Retail 2005-2011 looking to relive good ol' days

Howdy. Played from Vanilla to Wrath and had a ball. I left about three months into Cata because I just couldn't wrap my mind around how badly the talent trees got screwed and why my tmace & shield prot spec was doing three times the dps output of my two handed ret spec. Came back for a month during Mists and just couldn't do it. Came back for a month with Warlords but still couldn't do it. But that's whatever. So I will be sticking to WotLK realms for a while.

I mained on Sisters of Elune and then Wyrmrest Accord as Khonda. Blood elf ret paladin. Officer of the <Obsidian Knights> and later leader of <Cardinal Coalition>. Huge on roleplay and lore.

Little about my gaming experience:

I've been on video games since Frogger on Atari 2600 when I was 4. Found tabletop games when I was about 12 with Rifts, Robotech, and overall Palladium universe games. Then Dungeons and Dragons when I was 13. And once I discovered there were video games like this, I never looked back. I'm very much an old school turn based JRPG whore and will freely admit it. Though there are gems outside of that category that I thoroughly enjoy.

I began my MMO life on Everquest briefly, then took it a step back to Ultima Online, then back to Everquest, then on to Dark Age of Camelot, Asheron's Call, Lineage, etc. Eventually found my way to rotating regularly between WoW, Final Fantasy XI, and Star Wars Galaxies. I've had so much fun roleplaying within MMOs that I find myself often nostalgic over the times I had (even in City of Heroes or Star Trek Online). And the list of free and/or obscure MMOs I've played goes on for days (like Ragnarok Online, RAN Online, Knight Online, Mu, Rappelz, Rift, TERA, Aion, Shaiya, and who knows how many others).

Used to have no life. Or literally just go to work, come home, and game. I fell out of them when I had kids, but now that the kids are school age, I have a decent work schedule, and I've moved to a city where I have no friends (Oklahoma City...originally from Wilmington, North Carolina), I want to get back in.

I main Khonda on Lordaeron, and my other roleplay character is Raust, undead warlock. My "Meh, I'm just killing time" character is a Tauren warrior named Ramchops. Love the Horde. Though I dabble on Alliance with my night elf rogue, Vece, and my dwarf Farlaghn (currently a warrior but not sure if I want to switch to hunter).
