Poseidus - possible or nah?

Hi, me again with the questions. I've heard from couple of people that the Poseidus mount works on Frostwolf (the fast water mount) and I'm wondering when/how does it spawn? Does it patrol around or just stays in one place? I've been scouting in Vash'jir a couple of times and it takes me so long to go from one place to another because you have to swim, and swimming is soooo slow and boring (I have npcscan addon), so I'm wondering if it works, where does it usually spawn? How long does it spawn after the kill? I've also heard that the drop rate is 100%, like Aeonaxx. Thankz

Stays in one place. It spawns. Has 100% drop rate but the mount doesn't work. Used it near Durotar and you get no speed bonus at all. Neither does the sea turtle.

Can confirm, have the mount. The speed boost you gain from it outside of Vashj'ir is negligible, so unless you're just trying to show off, it's not worth the hassle.

Well I'm not trying to show off, I'm just collecting mounts, it's my hobby. So any info on when does it spawn? What's the most often place he spawns? etc.
