Help needed; DK questline urgent request

Hello.
I have a fresh DK that I am keeping and leveling only for JwC+Alch. Thing is, I had already sent the necessary gems to this char BEFORE I had even started the questline.

I've hit a dead end. The quest is called "Death Comes From On High" and it basically tells me to use the Eye of Acherus to scout on the Scarlet Crusade (nothing new, 5th DK char). However after clicking on the pedestal and "mounting" the eye, the necessary buttons (about 3-4) for the eye didn't show up. I dismounted and re-mounted again. This time my character disappears and so does every single NPC or interactive object in Acherus. I simply cannot do anything from this point onwards. I tried unstuck, website unstuck, deleting cache etc. and nothing works. I manually clicked on the status button which does mention "Controlling the Eye of Acherus" hoping to dispell it but it does not work either.

I would sincerely like some info regarding this stage. I had encountered the same scenario on an older DK but I deleted it and remade it because I had nothing to lose. I would do the same on this toon, but as mentioned earlier, its mailbox is riddled with gems that I would normally need for leveling up JwC. Name's Sylfaen.

Just played it, works fine. I remember the phased bug, you just have to jump or move away. Nothing major

I opened a ticket and the problem is now solved. Quite fast, too.
Thread can now be locked/deleted at own will
