Technical How long time until one get donation coins?

I tried to donate for the first time today, 10 euro for 10 coins. It been 3 hours since the money where withdrawn from my bank account but still havent got any coins? is this normal?

Bank transfers can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed, if that's what you used. That's just how banks work.
