Forum Faction Chance (updating faction...)

I am trying for the 1st time to transfer a character. I am supposed to be at the last phase already but it keep saying "updating faction..." for almost 1 hour now... I just need to to know if it the time it is taking is normal or if I should press cancel :)

restart the client, your character should already be on the other faction

I was afraid to try that without any confirmation since I didn't wanted to risk 30 points :P
