Cataclysm Copying Addon's setup through computers

Hello kind friends.
As the title says , i Have an old computer which has the Cataclysm game folder,with some addons (MoveAnything , Dominos , OmniCC , TellMeWhen) which i've been having , and changing for a long time.
Having a new computer now , installing the game on it , i'd like to know if there's any good way of copying the setup of thoes addons onto my new computer so i will have the same setup with the same players.

-- a sub-question would be... where does the game stores the data for it's memory of the addon's setup you make in-game?
is it on the Interface >> Addons >> {AddonName} , folders , where each addon is being put?? or is it somewhere else? mabye not accessable for Copy-Paste like im looking for?? (if it has the option , i could transfer what's needed through a DOK)

You're correct, the addons folder is where all your addons are stored, but if you have some UI/Raid addons you'll have to copy the WTF folder as well, because it has the saved variables there (their position and tweaks)
