Transmog Point Shop?

With the recent shop changes, a lot of players are a wee bit upset that they can no longer power up their alternative toons through the purchase of decent late game items for points. This has caused points to be a much less valuable currency for the players of the game.

With the recent introduction of Transmogrification in the game, it has given players the incentive to go back and play older content, to farm up the favourite item set that they have in mind. I think that a possible way to bring back to point shop for some players, while simultaneously motivating them to push towards trying out the new transmogrification system, is to introduce another tab in the point-shop, which would specifically be for transmogrification scrolls.

A shop in which we could buy the transmogrification essences directly from the website. This would allow players to custom build their own unique sense of fashion through the use of the new Transmog system, without the pain-staking hours it would take to farm up some of those rarer drops or feel like points are irrelevant and all that achievement farming that he did was all just a waste of time.

This shop could have varying essence level for tiers of gear perhaps something along these lines: 5pts common, 10 rare, 15 epic, 20 legendary, and 25 points Event only gear. Whether you choose to price these up, or indeed even down these prices by 1/5th making it 1pt for a common and 5 for a legendary, is open for discussion. As if yo do make the legendary scrolls 5pts, it also again would detract from people playing older content in the game.

We removed high gear to encourage people to play the game and earn those items, which is also something our current transmogrification system does. Adding anything like this to the point shop would be completely counter-productive to the whole idea, not to mention completely negate the option to get scrolls with coins, since everyone would just save points instead.
