Hello,
I would like to suggest an increase in the drop rate of the scrolls for transmogrification that you have implemented lately. The reason is that it gets too boring to farm them and as it requires so much time, you happen to almost never get enough before you get a new piece of armor. It's not something that you can get in a week or two, which I think would be the ideal.
I understand that then this would imply a massive saturation of the number of scrolls that people had, so I would then suggest to limit the number of scrolls you can get. For example, making it Unique (10) or the number you wanted.
I would like to get an argument if this is refused (as most probably will be). Thanks.

Warmane makes less money. That's a good enough reason. They allow people to access this game and use their CPU cycles and bandwidth for free, without ads or anything that lead to profit at the expense of player experience.
Be glad they even allow them to drop in-game at all, and save them up to transmog your BiS gear. It was never meant to be something you could farm enough of to transmog your whole set in a weekend.
The system is made to be an incentive for players to play the game. It's an optional cosmetic feature that you can choose not to use if you so desire. Considering the fact that we have a bunch of geared up players who like idling in Dalaran, we believe that this is exactly what the game needed.
We don't want the transmog to be so easily accessible and good transmogrification should be admired, not something you just do in a few clicks. We've done it the same with the system on Blackrock (although there, there's even more requirements for specific appearances) and we sincerely think this is the best way to go about it.
If we go this route of simplicity and easiness, this feature that was by no means easy to implement will be something people click on in a few bits and then forget about.
Something you want is not always exactly what you need.
Also, as an added note, those who believe we do this out of ulterior reasons, should consider the amounts we set on the marketplace. They're by no means easily accessible or something you can get in a flick of a card. All of these recent changes are meant to be an incentive to play whilst not being a hassle that is a must.
I see, thank you for clarifying. I hope I get more luck with all those runs.
And, by the way, I do think there should be a more easily accessible and visible place to check where do they exactly drop from since the drop rate is so low that is difficult to discover it by ourselves.
