Suspended for advertising.

So, a few weeks ago I suddenly got the 'Your account has been suspended for 5 months due to Advertising' message on the 'my account' tab.
At first I didn't really care since it does not affect my gameplay. However, I can't access any warmane features such as the store anymore.
To be clear, I do not know why i got this suspension as I have no recollection of me advertising every of any kind.

But, I've tried to solve this ingame, in which the GM's redirected me to the site. I asked a forum moderator which redirected me to the 'my account' tab, but in the 'my account' tab I can only appeal for a ban which it apparently is not.

Thus I don't know how to resolve this issue, which in my eyes is obviously a mistake, which means i'm asking for someone to help me.
