Hi guys. I have bought a mount from market place, a months ago. The problem, is that i don't have the mount on any of my char's.

Sure, but why i don't have that item on my char? That's my question? im not asking the item back, I just want to understand the reasons that made the item dissapear. in this case, the mount.
