WotLK Major Mills is bugged

Hi guys, it's the first time i create a topic so sorry if i put it into the wrong place.

I'm having problems with the quest [Oh, It's Real], when i try to speak to major mills to turn in the quest nothing happens, i searched videos on the internet and i could notice that he should be nexto to that spotlight at the docks but he's next to some crates and there's no question mark up his head, am i doing anything wrong? I already tried to abandon the quest and accept it again but still the same thing

11 months later, I'm here and still bugged this post dont have answer.. why? what i can do? i have the same problem than SujectZero
