WotLK Cant start playing

Hii, i am lvl 80, but yesterday my game bugged so i download it again today, but when i log in, and when i press Enter World, the bar fills up, and then kick me out of game with this message

Failed to read file character\scourge\male\scourgemale_npc.m2.

What i am suppost to do now ???

Did you tried to play with the old wotlk client? Not the one with WoD character models?

But from start i was on new wotlk client, and this only happens when i am in battleground ... i get kicked, then i cant enter, only can if i download it again
