Vengeful gladiator armor for transmog WOTLK

Now that transmog is active on Wotlk realms, anyone know where the vendor for the PvP S3 Vengeful BC gear is?

Been looking in Are 52 and it only has the lvl 80 ones. Dalaran severs are also a bust. Anyone have an idea or any tips?

The NPC is kinda bugged out, but it is there; very costly, however.

I think it is a bug, that npc should sell Vengeful after 4.3 patch.
