Assistance Please

Hello i have a question regarding old accounts. I have an old account back when this was called molten and i have the E-mail for it. i just dont know username and im sure i know the password. Is there anyway i can retrieve this by telling GM e-mail? or itd be awesome if there was a tool that required account name or E-mail then password to log in on web site. Thank You!
