I have a friend who can't collect points on the website. If i remeber right you needed a minimum of 1000 achiev points to do that. She has 1100 and can't collect. Anyone had this issue before?

Ask her to hover over her activity rank with her mouse and check the amount of achievement points it shows there. I've noticed it can take up to 2 days for the website to update to any new amount, so if she just recently passed the 1k mark, it might take a bit to update.

This is broken for me as well. I now have over 1200 achievement points and this is the 3rd day I should have been able to collect point and can not. When I mouse over rank it still shows Agent and does NOT show how many achievement points I have because it says "you must have a character with at least 1000 achievement points to be eligible for points"
Please fix this, im screwed out of 3 days of collecting points already ...

Frostwolf, but I even went as far as to make a char on Icecrown and get an achievement there thinking maybe it would trigger the website to acknowledge a new total or something since the site sees achievements from the account on any realm. This being Bugmane, I was just trying something to get this to work since something is obviously broken.
How about some staff member actually looking into this?
Edit: Well, I just checked my char on Armory and it shows I have only 990 achievement points, so even though I got an achievement on Icecrown for 10 more points it STILL doesn't acknowledge that I have 1000 on my acct. These achievement points just don't seem to get updated. Does the site only run a check every few days or something? This is ridiculous...

same achievemnt do not count, so I guess the 10 "achiv point" you got on Icecrown are from the same achievement you already have on Frostwolf

I know achievement points are unique and only count once. I did Turkey Lurkey on Icecrown, first time I have ever done this before from some Harvest event going on, and this event never even spawned on Frostwolf.
That being said, i was just able to collect 0.8 point but mousing over rank shows I have exactly 1000 points. I have had more than that on Frostwolf for 3 days. Armory shows I still have 990 and I did the Turkey Lurkey one on Icecrown last night, lol. This system is definitely screwed up, but at least I can collect the measly part of a point per day now xD
