Strange Problem...

Anyone else have encountered any kind of problem not to be able to level up their weapon skills, its like NO. I recently rerolled a rogue, bought some stuff, havoc and scourgebourne axe. and tryed to max my axe skills, and Not possible, I tryed already to catche/wtf folders to be deleted. I tryed on any kind of mobs, all dummies too, to pvp auto attack on someone, still stays at 1/400 skill. any help? yeah i have screenshots of it too.

I encountered the same problem today as a lvl 30ish warrior. bought some low level axes to raise my axe skill, tried hitting low level mobs as well as mobs near my level. No change in weapon skill. Hopefully there is an answer to this.

Yeah, i use end game weapons on my rogue, and i just went to Northrend in Sholazin Basin and 76+ that are Green Level icon, it worked on them.
