WotLK Wotlk new player

I downloader wotlk server from warmane.com. I changed realm list to: set realmlist logon.warmane.com (it was .ru before)
I have problem that as soon as I enter usser name and pass (same as I used to register here for forum), the client wants to start updating. The update never goes over 0% then demends restarts and fails.
I always start by clicking on wow.exe

Can you help me?

*Fixed it: I needed to use my nickname for log in, instead of email.
