A couple of weeks ago me and my friends decided to run though Vanilla dungeons to get achievements and I picked up this quest inside Blackrock Depths from an NPC located inside the Grim Guzzler, it is the tavern area where you fight a guy during Brefest. Today I finally collected all items necessary and I was eager to turn in the quest, but to my suprise the Shadowforge Lock doesn't seem to be working. I've looked everywhere on the internet, it is not necessary to kill bosses before entering the West Garrison inside.
This is the route I was taking. You can see the Shadowforge lock @ 0:20. Without this mechanism, crossing to the other side is impossible @ 0:40

I tried to exit the dungeon and reset it, but the Lock glitched again and again. It just seems weird because last time it worked just fine.
Is there a solution to this? It would be greatly appreciated.

I talked to a GM today and he instructed me to report the problem on the bugtracker. According to him the Shadowforge Lock is glitching more than likely because of the latest fixes, as sometimes they cause regressions in the strangest ways, which actually sounds believable, but the problem is that the report will sink and be forgotten. :/ Nobody visits that place anymore, unless it's Brewfest and well... it's not Brewfest right now.
This means a huge chunk of Blackrock Depths (the West Garrison, The Grim Guzzler, The Chamber of Enchantment and the Summoner's Tomb) is impossible access. You can still reach Molten Core, using the lava route, but you cannot backtrack from there because the way is closed via another door from that side as well.

Tested it today, including backtracking from the Molten Core portal, and its still not working and inaccesible.

It still dont work ;/ i spend 2h to try get Ambassador Flamelash ;/;/;/ so sad i just waste my time
Team pls fix it or if you cant maybe you can put http://www.wowhead.com/item=37863/direbrews-remote into point shop this will fix problem with ppl who need transmog (like me) or achivments
