Magnificence hardened hide, Hide, and Leather

I've been farming for these with my LW in areas according to several sources with no luck.
Can anyone confirm they drop, and maybe where you picked it up?
I really want to craft some higher level gear instead of buying.

I got mine in valley of the four winds, near krasarang wilds from random mobs.

Yes it is dropping. I recommend you to kill sha of manisfestation close to soo entrance.
