    8th Guild Bank Tab doesn't show up on guild vendor

    I am the guild master, the guild has unlocked the 8th tab reward, and it has been available at the guild vendor, but now that I've got the money for it when I went to buy it the vendor doesn't have it.
    I checked the guild vendor in IF, SW, and Darn.
    Something funny happening here...
