Since the npc wich teleports you to cow event is put in PvA zone, it is ment to PvP there obviously.
So the question is that if i can make a raid just for PvP purposes and camp near npc?
I already asked GM in-game, who responded me with :

Npc is placed in Dire Maul pvp arena so there is no reason not to kill all u can. I am planning to go there tonight with multibox to get some hk-s off alliance.

The arena is PvA area, so you will be able to kill both factions, wich means double hks farm!
