[MoP] I'm max level, now what?

I just finished leveling on 2 chars, and I duno very well what should I do next. I'll want to do 2v2 and bgs with them (mostly pvp). I have right nowContender set on both and decided to spam bgs for honor. Is it a better way to gear up? Also, how could I earn gold fast? I'll gladly use any gathering professions and solo old pve content if required.

You can do some quests on isle of thunder to get some honor
