Before all these Xmas events and such i was usually sitting at 100-150 max MS but for the last three days i have been staying between 500-700+ MS with 5 second delays.. I have no idea whats going on i even went to the point of factory resetting my computer lowering my in-game effects all the way down and tuning up my computer thinking that maybe that would help but it did not.. Is it me or are other people having this issue also?

I'm sitting at below 35-40 ms all the time on mop, same for wrath realms.
Are you sure the problem isn't from your internet service provider?
MS has nothing with your in-game settings etc.
Maybe people on your network just overload it, since on holidays traffic is always unusually high.

well i am from the states and from what i know and other players here in the US we don't usually get good MS like 35-40
ill have to check with my ISP but dunno why it would change so much over 3 days
