Greetings, Warmane Staff

My account darioswampy1 is merged with buco12, which both are of my property and I somehow can't transfer a character from the one to the other account. Can somehow you guys help me out with this problem, is there a bug on my account? Is there something I've messed up? Anything that can be like of help for me to transfer a character.
