Pandaria Won't run

I downloaded MoP but it won't run at all. I've tried running as admin, but no luck there either. It gives an error that says to run as admin and a link that takes me to the blizzard website. I'm not sure what to do please help.

Edit: I have wotlk downloaded too. I don't know if they're conflicting or not. I was able to play wotlk fine but now it won't run either.

Edit2: I restarted my computer, moved the folder away from where it was downloaded to, and removed the read only on the properties and it loads to the log in screen. I put in my information and then it gets stuck on "connecting" every time, it won't load past that.

Edit3: Moving the folders and doing what I did made wotlk work again for some reason but still no luck with MoP. I don't know what else to do.....
