Not ignored, but yes, they will take longer than usual. Between the staff having families and the usual holiday rush, yeah. Please be patient.

So i see that support ticket gonna take long that usual.
What about the item miss buy tickets...they are time limited just to be submitted or even to be resolved?
I don't want in my case for the ticket to be unsolved.
I already submitted it in my case.

Longer than usual.. Both of my tickets are nearing the 48 hour mark.. I apologize for expecting the ticket to be done in a 48 hour time frame, but the longest Warmane staff ever took to reply to one was 7 hours.
SO THAT TELLS ME SOMETHING IS MESSED UP. Just trying to be sure, like Tilenp that our tickets and coins aren't lost completely.
as long as the misbuy is reported within the timeframe you'll be fine.
