The ''Merge'' feature

How does it work?

I wanna move a lvl 80 warlock from this account to another of my accounts.

I link the accounts. However when I select characters, there are no characters to select.

ignore that "merge" feature, it is not for you

On merge page it says exactly what the feature does.

Players are now able to link an account and transfer any remaining characters above the 10 character limit to a fresh account.

If you ended up with more than 10 chars after Deathwing and Ragnaros merged you can transfer the remaining chars to another account. That's all it does.
