i was playing on cafe shop and now i downloaded game here thank you
but i see very Different looking character
no hair and mouth changed i little worry not want be new problems
i feel missing something i do not download it ( like file or exe )
i do change show helm still same very Different looking
( no hair and mouth closed ) ofc undead xD
may you help me to fix this problem or any useful to do ?

Maybe you downloaded the WOW wotlk version with the Warlords of Draenor character models? When you pressed download the client here on the site you could choose to either download original or the new models. But don't worry you won't get in trouble for using the new one.
