Pandaria How are the rated and competitive arenas, mainly 3v3?

How long are the queues and is it easy to find teams if you have previous experience from retail MoP?

If you're not played in MOP = queue times is 14 minutes
but If you have experience in MOP server detect it and you will have instant queue time = .14 sec

so 3s ques were dead for many seasons but since this season people coming back again, so i would say 3s is quite good now, i qued around 60-70 games in the past days.
The thing is there is big difference between good teams and yolo teams queing because there is a low limited amount of players who actually know what to do in 3s, but if u have good retail exp and not "3k r1 glad retail" fake exp like 50% of Frostwolf players u should find some decent people you could que with.
