WotLK 4950 GS Prot warr problems

Hi there
My prot warr Protalot ( http://armory.warmane.com/character/...ecrown/summary )
Has a huge trouble tanking, i take way to much damage.
As you can see my defense stats are as below:
Defense
Armor: 25759
Dodge: 27.32%
Parry: 20.33%
Block: 15.88%
Resilience: 0
(With 725 defense rating)

Glyphs:
Glyph of blocking
Glyph of revenge
Glyph of heroic strike
Glyph of bloodrage
Glypth of charge
Glyph of command
If there are any stats you want that i missed that i do not know of. Please do let me know, i have no idea what's wrong...

as a fellow of newbie warrior

- armor ==> still not enough, it needs to be more than 30k for easier encounter (even for FoS/PoS/HoR ones); but it will progress along your encounter, make sure to eye on plate that gives armor

some said cloak and belt sold at EoF vendor is kinda Best In Slot (BiS)

- defense ==> you only need about 540 def rating, switch any of your DEF gem onto +30 STAMINA instead, its better
(also by adding more stamina can counter your lack of armor)


- metagem ==> put http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=41380


- expertise ==> you need to increase expertise, around 24 (not the rating one); usually comes from equips, make sure to eye on plate that gives expertise
