so my corpse is in the nexus in borean tundra and for some reason im stuck as a ghost in dalaran and i dont know what to do

think there was a spirit healer somewhere in the garden outside violet citadel.

Anyway, the much easier option is log out, go -my account- services- free - character unstuck

Made for just these situations, will bring u back alive on next log in at hearth location.
