Affli with felguard.. Cause why not!

Am I missing something? Affli with felguard.. Not that this ain't fun while leveling, but this is a major bug, right?

Yep, this happens still when you change talents imo or sometimes you have pet you didnt logout with,but it's mostly linked with changing talents (reset or swap). I didn't notice it with felguard bcs I had demo with imp/destro pvp but noticed with voidwalker and succubus,for example I changed to destro play with succubus then change to demo and summon imp then logout,log in after 20 mins and I had succubus.
But anyways assume felguard damage it's not even worth to use this bug :D,since felhunter will hit propably even more than felguard or the same.
Game should check if you have talent or not if not then felguard should die.
