WotLK Stuck (Dead) in dungeon and dunno how to exit.

So... i was in a dungeon and people left 1 by 1. I was dead so i could not exit yet so i went back into the dungeon and after i got in i lost my way
without any idea of how to go out or how to get back to life. when i got into the dungeon i was still dead and now im stuck in there and cant get out
and im dead so i cant use my hearthstone.

Any help? :(

Another thing:

When i try to create an orc. if i try to make him hairless when i make him he got a stupid hair and beard but i dont want it...
Why cant i choose my own hairstyle for orc? if i choose it doesnt do it anyway :/ (Only occure with orcs)

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

Any suggestions what to do with the orc?
I really want to get an orc and i hate all of his hair and when i make him hairless it automatically adds to him hair and facial hair when i create it.
God knows why....
