WotLK Molten wow account retrieval

Hi,

I just heard that Molten wow is now Wrathmane and I'm wondering if it's possible to retrieve my old account? I did a search of the armory to see if my characters were there, but no results popped up. Also, I tried finding the name of my account by typing my email address in, and so far there's been no response.

Wondering if there's a protocol to retrieving my characters? I haven't looked too hard I'll admit, and I assume it would be stickied somewhere.

What I have found seemed to imply that donators may have a better chance of retrieving their characters and such? I donated once I think, so maybe that's worth mentioning.

Glad you guys returned! I had thought you were gone for good. Looking forward to getting my characters back!

it is too late to recover your old account.
All characters went lost so your account would have 0 characters anyway
