Pandaria Authenticator - Problem - Cant log in anymore

Good Day,
guys, I have a small problem, I formatted my iPhone I did a hard reset and the Authenticator(Two Factor Authentication Code) is gone with all keys I had inside it... another website that I have keys in them I just disabled them. In warmane I can't enter my account without the key so what should I do ??
