WotLK In-Game: Cannot Interact With Friendly NPC's After Faction Transfer

After transferring my character from Alliance to Horde, I noticed I cannot right click to quest-givers, etc to interact with them. Instead there is just a dagger cursor on them as if I could attack them, but I cannot even do that.

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

hi...can you elaborate which friendly NPC faction ?

also, please check on your Character profile >>> Reputation >>> chose that faction >>> un-tick "At War" option if currently ticked

Any of the Horde based reputations. Ie. Tranquillien, Orgrimmar, etc.

I'm not at war with any of them. Already checked that.
