Technical u alredy have max chars on acc

i make a few ticket about this well i have only 4 chars on ym acc on all realms and when i wanted 3 days ago to make a new one ''u alredy have max chars on acc'' pop in my screen. i delete then all of mine cata mop loran etc chars still unable to make new one i reinstal owow delete chache merge didnt work. i wait for reset crach etc i even give me brother acc and we try didnt work i instal wow on sister lapop didnt work im unable to create any of new chars on any expansion and i only have 4 chars on acc as i said beafore, any know anythin about this ''bug'' or problem its not client related for sure coz i try and i instal wow on every laptop pc in my house like 5 of then and same thing... i reapit i delete chache reinstal wow delete oll of my mop cata etc chars merge dont work...pls help
