I submitted a support ticket on my account but no response in 10 hours. I can see mods are online. Can someone look at it please?

there is nothing they can do.

you can restore them for free if thye were deleted in the last 48 hours, otherwise for 20 Points or 20 Coins.
From the website go into:
My Account > Services > Select Realm> Select a random Character or noone > Set Currency:Points > Character restoration

Now you will see a list of all your characters in the last 30 days.
As I said before if your character was deleted in the last 48 hours it is gonan be Free
