Technical No WTF or cache folder at all

Hey

I recently started playing on this server, and i am having an odd problem.

I cant find my WTF/cache folder/s but for some reason the server remembers my settings. Anyone that has any insight as to what is going on? Checking the folder settings, it is set to read only (files, not folders) which seems to be a default windows setting, i even tried to run the game as Admin, but it didnt resolve the issue.

Any help appreciated.

You need to uncheck read only. Also this can happens if you have symlink to that folders but you should see then the shortcuts. Another issue can be if they have checked hidden options.
